Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Instructions

Donations from Donor Advised Funds can be made from most DAF platforms. 
Please follow these two easy steps: 

  1. Find FJC on your Donor Advised Fund platform (see EIN below) and indicate in the memo that the donation is for "Wheel It Forward".

  2. Please call 203-705-1600 or email Elliot@WheelitForwardUSA.org and confirm your donation.

Question - Who is FJC and why do we have a fiscal sponsor ?

Answer - Wheel It Forward is a not-for profit. FJC is our fiscal sponsor and a 501(c)-3.  As a startup having a fiscal sponsor helps save Wheel It Forward money and time.  FJC is a fiscal sponsor for over 100 organizations and is an audited organization.

Stock Donation Instructions

If you'd like to donate appreciated stock to Wheel It Forward please fill out this brief form

Please find above FJC’s Stock Transfer Authorization Form.

Please complete this form (linked above), making sure to include:

  1. Name of security.

  2. Number of shares.

  3. Please indicate Wheel it Forward as the FJC account name funds are intended for.

You should send a copy of this form to your broker and to fjc@fjc.org.

Please note that it is very important that you inform FJC of:

  1. Your name and address.

  2. A confirmation of which account the donation should be applied to.

  3. Information about the transfer (either the amount of the wire or the number of shares and the name of the securities).
